We understand that pregnancy and childbirth can be a challenging and stressful time. A woman experiences various kinds of changes in both her physical and mental health. She experiences a spectrum of emotions ranging from hope to hopelessness. We have developed a program called Healthy Maternity Program for all expectant and new mothers to provide them with comprehensive care and support throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Our program focuses on positive thinking, increasing self-love and self-care, addressing perinatal depression, restoring confidence and self-esteem, and managing postpartum depression. Our all-female team of experts will provide practical strategies and tools to help women develop self-esteem, overcome body image issues, and manage post-partum depression, a condition that affects most new mothers so that they can concentrate on enjoying their journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
