Dr. Pandey’s educational journey includes an MBBS from Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehra-Dun, and an internship split between Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences and Government Medical College, Haldwani. She furthered her medical education with an MD from Sri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical Sciences, where she honed her skills and knowledge in the field of psychiatry.

Her work on a novel approach to managing Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia has garnered attention and has been published in the Archives of Biological Psychiatry.
